The Dix Hectares virtual gift card can be used exclusively on our online shop at dixhectares.com. It is valid for 12 months from the date the email is sent to the recipient. The use of several virtual gift cards to pay for the same purchase is not authorized on the website. If the gift card credit is not sufficient, it is possible to complete the purchase with a bank card. The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or destruction, nor can it be cancelled.

Can I return a product purchased with a gift card?
Yes, products purchased with a gift card can be returned under the same conditions as other purchases. In the event of a valid return, reimbursement will be made in the form of a credit note or credited to a gift card, which can be used for a future order. -
Do gift cards have an expiry date?
Yes, our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. They can be used in one or more instalments, within the limit of the available balance. -
Can I redeem a gift card with another payment method?
Yes, it is possible to top up a gift card with another payment method if the amount of your order exceeds the available balance on the card. The payment will then be automatically split between the gift card and the payment method of your choice. -
Can I use a gift card in installments?
Yes, we do. The balance on your gift card can be used in one or more transactions, until the available amount is used up. Each time the card is used, the amount spent is automatically deducted from your balance.
